What can I expect once I make contact with Dynamic Bookkeeping?
We’ll set up a brief video or phone appointment to chat and determine if we’ll be a good fit. Then, we will want to take a look at your current books to determine where you’re at, what needs to be repaired, and how we are able to assist you on an ongoing basis. We’ll discover the goals you’ve set for your business and your vision for the future in order to suggest a plan going forward. After the meeting and review of your file, we will put together a proposal based on our discussion with several tailored packages for you to choose from. Once you choose your level of service, we will send out an engagement agreement and get your company on board!
What if I’d like you to tackle a project that’s not part of our original agreement?
No problem! Much like a mechanic with your car, we utilize change orders to tackle projects outside of the scope of our primary agreement. You will ALWAYS be consulted if an issue arises and will be in control of whether or not we proceed. You will be notified of the issue, the proposed solution, and the price BEFORE the work is commenced. Every time.
What exactly does “unlimited access” entail?
We do not want you to hesitate to ask a question or bring an issue to our attention immediately. Unlike many other accounting and tax firms, you will not be charged a dime for contacting us via phone, email, or Skype to ask ANY question or discuss any issues that come up. What are your certifications?
Kristy has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pacific Lutheran University School of Business and is a Certified Public Bookkeeper. In addition, she is a member of the International Certified Bookkeepers of the United States of America (ICB-USA), theNational Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers (NACPB), American Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (AICB), and of the Intuit network of certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors since 2013. This means she has successfully completed testing for knowledge of QuickBooks desktop, online, and Enterprise editions yearly since 2012. Intuit provides continuing education on all of their products to ProAdvisors on an ongoing basis.
